Graveside services, with Military Honors for Bobby C. Nick, Sr., 77, of Tyler, will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Starrville Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Eitson officiating, under the direction of Jackson's Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Jackson's Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home in Tyler.
Bobby passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 in Tyler at his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born on September 17, 1945 in Winnfield, LA to the late Clinton and Ida Nick. Bobby was a self-employed business owner of Nick's Trailer Hitches. He was a Veteran of the US Army and served in Vietnam. Bobby was a farmer and loved talking to Jesus on his John Deere tractor. He was a hard worker and provided well for his family. He will be greatly missed but we all know where he is.
Bobby is survived by his wife of 59 years, Suzan Nick; three children and their spouses, Cassandra and Kevin Crouch, Bobby C. Nick, Jr. and Anthony and Angie Nick; four grandchildren and their spouses, Zackery and Madilyn Crouch, Holeigh and Kenzek Graham, Ty and Madison Nick and Emaleigh Crouch and Wesley Stroner; siblings, Janice and Tommy Powell, Glenn Nick, Gaylia and Bryan Pride and Terry and Cindy Nick and eight nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Nick, Jr., Anthony Nick, Glenn Nick, Terry Nick, Kevin Crouch and Ty Nick.
